Media Types
We are PC based and are able to read the following Media: 3.5" floppy (PC formatted) diskettes, 100MB Zip Disks; and CD ROM.

Proofing
It is essential that all artwork sent via e-mail include a composite .JPG file. This gives us an image to match our output to which helps us avoid any font conversions or gliches with your design. If you are unable to provide this, please print out your artwork and fax it to us at 651-698-4084. You will have the opportunity to preview and approve your design before it goes into production. Any changes to your design after it has been approved for production may result in additional charges.

Sizing
When providing artwork please submit it at the size in which you would like it to be embroidered. If you are unsure of what size might be appropriate our Customer Service Representative will be glad to assist you. Thread Colors
We have over 40 stock thread colors in today's most popular colors. Thread colors differ from PMS (Pantone) ink colors but we have included a reference chart for your information. Click here to view color chart. Other thread colors are available upon special order at an additional fee. We are adding new colors all the time to our stock list, so if you don't see a color you want, please ask!
