Each promotional product has specific imprint size limitations and
guidelines. Each supplier
has their own specs for art, size, color and imprint area.
In order to color separate/manipulate your artwork we must have
PC format, Vector based artwork in .AI, .CDR or .EPS formats.
We accept Corel Draw documents up to version 9 and Adobe Illustrator
files up to version 10. Do not apply any trapping in the design
and separate all layers. We cannot accept embedded objects, bitmap
images or files with halftones or texture fills. Convert all text
to outlines or curves. If you cannot convert the text, please
provide the .TTF font file. Please provide a .JPG file or faxed
hard copy of your art so we can match our output to it. We will
in turn, convert the art to meet the manufacturer's specifications.
If you do not have a design and would like one created, our art
department would be more than happy to help. Our graphic artists
will work with you to create a design you'll be happy to call
your own. Art services are billed at $35/hour.
If we create the art you will see a paper or email proof of the
logo before it is sent to the manufacturer.
Proofs from the manufacturer may or may not be available. Some
suppliers charge for proofs and it may add additional days to
the production time. Pre-production samples may be available at
additional charge and are highly recommended for complex art with
multiple colors or high quantity orders.
Many manufacturers charge for over runs (up to 15%) and reserve
the right to ship under runs as well.
We have no control over this and suggest that if you need a specific
number of items that you allow
for an under run. We will be able to notify you of each manufacturer's
policy at the time the order is placed. Exact quantity shipping
can be specified upon placement of order, but will usually be
subject to
a fee. We will bill you for the actual number of items you receive.
